I’ve been consulting for clients across different areas in their most critical negotiation processes and training their own executives and management teams since 2015. I love to teach and share knowledge, which is why I also deliver courses on complex business negotiation to graduate students at academic and professional institutions such as: The College of Management, Reichman University (Global MBA), and Beijing University. 

For over two decades I held senior procurement positions within leading multinational technology companies, namely NICE Systems Ltd., BMC Software Inc, and Starhome LTD.  I’ve taken part in deals involving tens to hundreds of millions of US dollars, with clients and suppliers who are among the largest in the world in their sectors, located mainly in the USA, UK, France, Israel, Germany, Russia, UAE, China, and Australia.

I hold an MA in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation from Bar Ilan University.

I’m a member of IACM, the International Association of Conflict Management, and a senior consultant at NEST.

That’s probably because I come from a long corporate career.  My clients do business successfully with multiple suppliers, customers, and partners, across sectors, geographies and cultures, and even within their own organizations. BANKING

A major banking institution realized that although many customers inquired about new products, conversion rates were low.

After the sales staff attended our tailor-made negotiation workshops, they asked me to work with them in small functional teams. The participants all brought up real customer situations. In a series of sessions, both on the client’s premises as well as off-site, we went over the important issues related to the challenges they faced vis a vis their customers. The objective was to bring in new customers, ensure their satisfaction, and achieve higher profits for the bank.

TECH SECTOR

The procurement department of a fast growing hi-tech company, could barely keep up with an increasing number of suppliers.

I created for them a simple guide covering their buying processes and procedures. We then formulated together a global purchasing strategy based on which the procurement department could provide the best service for the benefit of the entire organization.
