Welcome! I’m Yael Chayu, a global business negotiation expert and an international speaker on negotiation strategies. Since 2015, I’ve been helping companies and business leaders navigate their most critical business negotiations, providing expert negotiation consulting services. My negotiation training programs empower executives and management teams to secure the best outcomes, improving their skills through both keynote speaking engagements and hands-on consulting.

Academic Contributions
In addition to my consulting work, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge through teaching. I deliver courses on complex business negotiations to MBA students at The Hebrew University, Tel-Aviv University, Reichman University, and Beijing University. I hold an MA in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation from Bar-Ilan University, and currently I am a PhD researcher in economic behavior at Reichman University.

Over the past two decades, I’ve held senior procurement positions at leading multinational technology companies, including NICE Systems Ltd., BMC Software Inc., and Starhome LTD. I’ve been involved in high-stakes deals ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of US dollars with some of the largest global clients and suppliers.

BANKING
A major banking institution realized that although many customers inquired about new products, conversion rates were low.
After the sales staff attended our tailor-made negotiation workshops, they asked me to work with them in small functional teams. The participants all brought up real customer situations. In a series of sessions, both on the client’s premises as well as off-site, we went over the important issues related to the challenges they faced vis a vis their customers. The objective was to bring in new customers, ensure their satisfaction, and achieve higher profits for the bank.
TECH SECTOR
The procurement department of a fast growing hi-tech company, could barely keep up with an increasing number of suppliers.
I created for them a simple guide covering their buying processes and procedures. We then formulated together a global purchasing strategy based on which the procurement department could provide the best service for the benefit of the entire organization.
